We had such a blast staying here! The location was perfect, making it easy to hit the Rose Parade and catch a game at the Rose Bowl Stadium. The atmosphere was vibrant, and it felt safe walking around. The pool area was a great place to unwind, and the staff was super helpful when we needed anything. Definitely recommend this spot for a fun group getaway.

One downside was that the hairdryer in our room didn't work well at all, which was a bit annoying. We had to make do without it during our stay.

I loved that the hotel was just over a kilometer from the Norton Simon Museum, making it an easy stroll to enjoy fabulous art, and having two great restaurants, Pearl Thai and The Pot, right around the corner really made my dining choices a breeze during my stay as a solo traveler.

Perfect Family Getaway in Pasadena

We had an amazing 2-night stay in a spacious Queen Room with two queen beds. The kids loved the pool area, and the omelet bar at breakfast was a delightful surprise! Don't miss the local shops on Colorado Blvd. they are just a short stroll away. Highly recommend!

I found it easy to check in and the cleanliness stood out. The space had restaurants and bars nearby, which was convenient. I had a pleasant experience with the staff, especially when I needed assistance. One evening, I discovered a semi-secret speakeasy around the corner that added a unique touch to my visit, reflecting my interest in hidden gems.

The trash cans in my room were not emptied, which was inconvenient. The parking fee seemed high on top of the hotel rate.

I truly appreciated the hotel’s warm and airy ambiance, along with the convenient accessibility features that made navigating the property easy. It's located merely a block from charming shops and eateries, perfect for leisurely strolls.

More shaded outdoor areas for relaxation would be nice.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Tiffany at the front desk made sure all my boxes were sent to my room for my Expo event and even called ahead to check on me! The outdoor pool and relaxing jacuzzi were nice spots to unwind after a busy day. The only hiccup was the breakfast signage being a bit confusing, but overall, it was a pleasant experience. 😊

I stayed at this hotel for a brief getaway and really appreciated the hotel's prime location, which offered easy access to shopping and dining options nearby. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable, making for a restful night. However, I wish there were better facilities for storing clothing, as the lack of a dresser made it a bit inconvenient.

Good enough for Family with children

So, we stayed for 7 nights and the room was big, comfortable, with 2 nice queen beds that felt like clouds. The staff were very friendly too; I remember one evening, the front desk guy helped us find a great takeout place when we were too tired to go out.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but for what we got, I'm okay with the price.
